Ono Udont's Virtual Hypnotist Files

Welcome to my home-away-from-home on the web. I've recently discovered the joys of self hypnosis, courtesy of a freeware program called Virtual Hypnotist, and I've set up this site as a place to share a tutorial I've worked up and also the hypnosis scripts and sessions I create.

Before you run any of these sessions for yourself, you'll need to download and install Virtual Hypnotist 5.8 or later, as well as the SAPI4 speech synthesis pack (also free), both of which can be found on this page of the VH website. After that, you can just download any of the zip files below that strike your fancy, then unzip and install them in the same directory as VH. Then you're ready to go.

You can also take a peek at the text scripts right here, without downloading anything, and/or you can save any of these scripts by themselves to create VH sessions of your own. I only ask that a) if you share my scripts with anyone else, you keep my name in the credits, and b) if you modify my scripts and then share them, you note that the scripts originated with me and were modified by you. Other than that, share and enjoy.

But before we get to the downloads, just a few TIPS:

To install these sessions properly, do the following:

  1. Download the zip file(s) you want, then extract it/them.
  2. Save the .vhpack files in your Virtual Hypnotist folder.
  3. If the zip file includes an "images" and/or "videos" folder, save the files from "images" in your Virtual Hypnotist "images" folder and the files from "videos" in your Virtual Hypnotist "videos" folder (Try not to look at them in the process, if you can help it. You'll have more fun that way.).
  4. Install the .vhpack or packs by double-clicking on the icon, then clicking "install package."
To run a session quickly, without previewing anything or making any changes in the scripts or presets, click "load" on the main VH menu, double-click the name of the session you want to run, then click "start session."

And now, an important DISCLAIMER:

I am not a professional hypnotist. I have done my best to create sessions that are both effective and safe; and I believe I have succeeded. However, ultimately, you proceed at your own risk.

Grok Quickie

Description: This adults-only grok session provides plenty of thrills for hypno-submissives in just five minutes of run time. For extra oomph, add a multi-track audio file of yourself reciting whatever mantras best push your buttons. ;-)

BY CLICKING HERE I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE (zip file - download, unzip, install, and run through Virtual Hypnotist)
I'm not making a script preview available here, for obvious reasons, but you can see it for yourself easily enough once you've downloaded and unzipped the file.

Private Lagoon

Description: This is a session intended to provide you with a sense of peace, comfort, and divine love (It's not specific to any one religion, but it does have a clear spiritual element). You are invited to experience a private lagoon where you can be soothed and healed by Love. There's nothing sinister about this script (unless you're afraid of water, I suppose), and the only post-hypnotic suggestions are for things like feeling happier and more confident in your daily life.

Four Themes

Description: You might consider these "starter sessions." They're four individual vhpacks that are visuals only: no scripts, no audio (though I have set the brainwaves to frequency 5 and selected "Mary in Stadium" as the voice). I just wanted to set something up that would allow me (and now you) to build a session more quickly and easily. So I color-coordinated some of my favorite visual elements and added in the presets I always use. Everything can be adjusted by you, of course, but I hope this will take some of the work out of creating new sessions for yourself.

The images below show you the visuals included in each theme. Click for a larger view, or download and install the zip file.

Note that "Obey Spiral" grows and shifts through a number of different shapes, and that the central image is a GIF that flashes through the words "listen," "obey," "mindless," "programmed," and "drone."

Two Customizable "Programming" Templates

Description: Here are two customizable templates for those who like idea of being turned into a hypnotized drone. The induction/deepers and the wakener are complete, but I've left a large, obvious, empty space in the two suggestion files for you to add whatever you like.

The wording of these scripts is somewhat sinister, but remember: hypnosis can't make you do anything you don't want to do, or think anything you don't want to think. Nevertheless, I strongly suggest that you read each of these scripts and the subliminal file before use, for your own peace of mind. If you see anything you don't like, you can very easily change or remove it.

Notes:

  1. "thrall's 1st drone template" is a session in the same style as my previous sessions: a central video image surrounded by a color tunnel, with subliminals flashing in the background and phrase flashers at the top and bottom of the screen.
  2. "thrall's 1st grok" is my first experiment with a grok tunnel. The visual layout is much simpler than "thrall's 1st drone template," but the words in the center of the screen add another layer of sinister programming vibe to the spoken script (which is mostly identical to the "thrall's 1st grok" script).
  3. These sessions do include some post-hypnotic suggestions.

Two Templates (zip file - download, unzip, install, and run through Virtual Hypnotist)

Vulcan Mode

Description: This session teaches you how to keep your head in stressful situations by entering a state of calm rationality.

Note: Vulcan Mode does contain a couple of post-hypnotic suggestions about responding more quickly and easily to hypnosis (via this session or any other) in the future. You can preview these suggestions if you like by peeking at the text files of the induction and wakener scripts below, and you can remove them before you run the full session if you're not comfortable with them.

Watch this space for more scripts

Oh, and if you're wondering where the Bedtime sessions went (not to mention the earlier Silver Robot sessions), I took them down because Lady Ru'etha will be/is offering similarly themed sessions on her site. She's a friend, and the last thing I want to do is cause her to lose business, especially to a rank amateur like me. I made the decision to take my sessions down entirely on my own; and if the issue ever arises again, I'll deal with it exactly the same way.
